Foundation 2 is pleased to announce the debut of two digital billboard letting the community know about our Transitional Living Program. Based on the theme "promoting independence," our digital billboards are currently located at 1-380/64th Street and 120 Collins Road NE in Cedar Rapids.
If you were directed to Foundation 2's website from a digital billboard, here is information about our Transitional Living Program. Foundation 2's Transitional Living Program (TLP) is designed to provide housing, skills training and support services to young adults ages 16-21 for whom family living or residential treatment is no longer an option. Program apartments are located throughout the community. Staff maintain close contact with participants. Furnishings are provided by the program. If a participant successfully completes the program, he or she may keep these items.
