Foundation 2 is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. This individual will play an important role in the overall success of the organization.
Job Description: The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overall office management ensuring the organization is running successfully by providing confidential support and working closely with the leadership team and other key areas.
The Executive Administrative Assistant must provide excellent customer service, have exceptional time management skills and must be self-motivated and successfully work independently on a regular basis. This individual must also cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Directors and staff at all levels.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Must pass criminal record/child abuse background check
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) as well as other information technology skills with various systems
