Thank you for your consideration in donating to Foundation 2. Your donation will go to help us continuously better our services for those in our community. Foundation 2 would be unable to make the impact that we make in the lives of people in crisis without YOU. We truly believe that sometimes the smallest action can make the largest difference.

Donation by Check
We accept check donations that are made payable to Foundation 2. Please send your check to:
1714 Johnson Ave. NW,
Cedar Rapids, IA 52405
Be sure to include the following information: Name, Email, Address, and Phone Number. If you are making this gift in honor of someone, please let us know their name. If your company will match this gift, please let us know the name of the company and enclose a gift matching form.
Memorial or Honorarium Gifts
Our donors may choose to celebrate a good friend or family member, or honor the memory of a loved one by making a memorial or tribute gift. Tribute gifts can be given online (be sure to include their information in the additional area provided for donations) or by making a check donation.
