401(k) Retirement Plan

A 401(k) tax-sheltered retirement plan and a Roth 401(k) is available for regular full-time and part-time employees under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  There are several different investment options available. Employees decide how much to invest and where they want it invested. After one-year of service, eligible full and part time employees can receive a match of up to 4% of salary that Foundation 2 would contribute.

Foundation 2 provides each employee with a set amount of benefit dollars each month. Employees may choose how to distribute these dollars among the following options:

  • Health Insurance (Choice of three plans)
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Reimbursement Accounts for Health Care and/or Dependent Care Expenses
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan and/or Roth 401(k)
  • Cash (amount becomes taxable income)
