Foundation 2 provides each regular full-time employee with a fixed amount of benefit dollars each month.  Employees may choose to use these dollars towards the following benefit options: health, dental and vision insurance, reimbursement account for health care expenses and/or reimbursement account for dependent care expenses, pet insurance, and additional life insurance. Unused benefit dollars are paid as taxable income. Use the calculator below to determine your hourly pre-tax wage based on your chosen benefit package.
