Executive Director
Barb started with Foundation 2 in 2008. Barbara has worked in the social services field in Cedar Rapids since 1993. She is a Certified Prevention Specialist, has been a board member of the Iowa Board of Certification since 1996 and a board member of the Iowa Behavioral Health Association since 2005. Barbara has been a volunteer with the United Way of East Central Iowa and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is a graduate of the Leadership of Five Seasons class of 1998. Barbara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and sociology and a master of arts in community health education

Quality Director
Deb began her career at Foundation 2 as a crisis line volunteer in 1976; three years later she was hired as a Counseling Supervisor and became the Crisis Center Coordinator in 1985. She has held her current position as Crisis Services Director since 1987. Over the years she's been involved with a variety of community activities and has served on the boards of Linn County General Assistance, Helping Hands Ministries, and Iowans for the Prevention of Gun Violence. She has been serving as a site examiner for the American Association of Suicidology for the past ten years, assisting with the certification of crisis lines across the country. Deb has a BA in Psychology from Mt. Mercy College. She met David, her husband of 23 years, when he volunteered for the crisis line many years ago.

Financial Director
Audrey Meyer joined Foundation 2, Inc in 2007. Audrey brings 15 years of experience working with non-profits. Audrey serves on the Human Resource Committee for the Coalition for Family and Children's Services in Iowa and also is a board member of the Jefferson Monroe Friends of the Library. She graduated from Mount Mercy College with a BA in Administrative Management and Accounting.

Development/Marketing Director
Elisabeth Kissling started with Foundation 2 as a Counseling Supervisor at the Crisis Center in 2001 and was promoted to Director of Development and Marketing in 2007. Elisabeth is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Leaders in Volunteerism and a graduate of the Association of Fundraising Professionals/ Linn County Nonprofit Resource Center's Development Institute. Elisabeth has a B.A. in both music and psychology from Coe College and an M.A. in Education (Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counseling) from the University of Iowa. Elisabeth is married and has both a one year old son and an eight year old Saint Bernard. In addition to working for Foundation 2 she is a professional pianist.

Operations Director

Carol has more than 20 years of experience working with youth and adults with mental illness and other disabilities.  Carol's educational background includes a Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Therapy from the College of St. Theresa in Minnesota.
