There has been a call to wear purple on 10/20 in memory of the recent suicides of LGBT youth (http://www.facebook.com/ev ent.php?eid=12246238447592 8), but we want to go a step further.

Come join us at Hamburger Mary's for a candlelight vigil, starting around sundown (close to 6pm). Basix will also be participating, so we'll be lining people up along 1st Ave from Mary's to Basix!

Following the vigil, join us inside Mary's for a discussion about these teens, and information about suicide prevention and support for LGBT people.

We will have cameras set up to record video messages of support for LGBT youth as a part of the It Gets Better Project on YouTube. (www.youtube.com/itgetsbett erproject)

Please come, wear purple, bring a candle if you've got one (some will be provided), and help us give support to these youths who need our help and inspiration! Cameras will be available for video messages all night, and will be uploaded to YouTube after the event.

Foundation 2 staff will be present to provide support, answer questions and to distribute information to participants of this event.
