Depression and Anxiety Support Group
If you suffer from depression or an anxiety disorder, you may feel alone in your struggles.
The Foundation 2 Depression and Anxiety Disorder Support Group offers a caring and safe place to talk with others who understand what you're going through. The emphasis of the group is developing positive coping skills, giving mutual support, and learning to manage stress.
The group meets every Monday evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Where Do The Meetings Take Place?
Please contact Dennis Dozier for information about group attendance and location.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is a charge for an intake meeting required before joining the group. The fee is on a sliding scale, based on what you can afford. There are no fees to attend the group. Free-will donations are accepted.
Who Leads The Group?
As much as possible, we count on group members to provide leadership. However, no one is required to participate at a level that makes them feel uncomfortable.
Group facilitators will always be at the meetings to offer guidance and support.
