Counseling
Foundation 2 offers both immediate crisis counseling and ongoing therapy services for youth, individuals and families in the Cedar Rapids area.
The Foundation 2 Family Counseling program provides
individual and family counseling on an out-client basis. Counseling is provided on a sliding fee scale, based on income and the ability to pay.
Foundation 2 offers
LISW Therapy Services at our Crisis Center location. Both therapists are able to accept most insurance and also see clients on a sliding fee scale.

Mobile Crisis Outreach provides
on-site crisis intervention to individuals in Linn County 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Foundation 2's Transitional Living Program (TLP), Supervised Apartment Living Program (SALP) and Iowa Aftercare Services Network (IASN) are designed to provides
housing, skills training and support services to young adults (ages 16-21 for TLP, 16-19 for SALP and 18-21 for IASN) for whom family living or residential treatment is no longer an option.
