Counseling

Foundation 2 offers both immediate crisis counseling and ongoing therapy services for youth, individuals and families in the Cedar Rapids area.

The Foundation 2 Family Counseling program provides individual and family counseling on an out-client basis. Counseling is provided on a sliding fee scale, based on income and the ability to pay.

Foundation 2 offers Therapy Services at scattered locations. Our therapists are able to accept most insurance and also see clients on a sliding fee scale.

For immediate telephone crisis counseling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, please call the Foundation 2 Crisis Center at (319) 362-2174 or 1800-332-4224.

Mobile Crisis Outreach provides on-site crisis intervention to individuals in Linn County 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Foundation 2's Transitional Living Program (TLP) and Iowa Aftercare Services Network (IASN)  are designed to provide housing, skills training and support services to young adults (ages 16-21 for TLP and 18-21 for IASN) for whom family living or residential treatment is no longer an option.
