Counseling
Foundation 2 offers both immediate crisis counseling and ongoing therapy services for youth, individuals and families in the Cedar Rapids area.
The Foundation 2 Family Counseling program provides
individual and family counseling on an out-client basis. Counseling is provided on a sliding fee scale, based on income and the ability to pay.
Foundation 2 offers
LISW Therapy Services at our Crisis Center location. Both therapists are able to accept most insurance and also see clients on a sliding fee scale.

Mobile Crisis Outreach provides
on-site crisis intervention to individuals in Linn County 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Foundation 2's Transitional Living Program (TLP) and Supervised Apartment Living Program (SALP) are designed to provides
housing, skills training and support services to young adults (ages 16-21 for TLP, 16-19 for SALP) for whom family living or residential treatment is no longer an option.
SOS offers a
connection to runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth, up to age 21, who are in need of the basic necessities of living.
