What Makes Us Unique
We operate the only crisis center in Iowa that is accredited by the
American Association of Suicidology
.
We have one of the only youth shelters in Eastern Iowa that accepts "non-system" youth, or those not yet involved with the Department of Human Services.
Our Discoveries girls program is viewed as a model for gender-specific programming by many, including the Iowa State Attorney General's office.
