A Successful Youth Specialist

Working with youth is something that appeals to many people but not everyone is able to do the work at Foundation 2 Youth Shelter.

If your desire to help troubled kids holds firm knowing that you are going to be experiencing their feelings of anger, resentment, mistrust and fear, you may be a good fit for this job.

If you think about youth in crisis and wonder what has happened to them instead of what is wrong with them, you are on your way to working with others who care passionately about helping.

If you are able and brave enough to express warmth and compassion, while providing safety and structure for youth in the middle of chaos and crisis you may be a great fit for the Youth Specialist jobs that are currently open at Foundation 2.
