Full-Time Case Manager for J-FAST

Description: Full time case manager needed to provide assessments & crisis counseling for youth & families and make appropriate referrals as needed. Case manager will be working with Foundation 2 and other agencies to ensure youth and families receive all needed services. Evening and weekend hours are required.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess a BA or BS degree in a human service field with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. One year of experience can be waived in place of a Master’s degree in a related field. The applicant must possess strong communication, counseling and computer skills and have a working knowledge of the local human service resources available for youth and families. Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by Foundation 2's automobile insurance.

Description: Employment opportunity available at Foundation 2. Duties include traveling to locations within Linn County to provide counseling to clients of all ages. Day, night, evening and weekend hours required.
Qualifications: Education/Experience: BA/BS degree in human services and with 2 years of counseling experience or MA in counseling related field.

401(k) Retirement Plan
A 401(k) tax-sheltered retirement plan and a Roth 401(k) is available for regular full-time and part-time employees under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. There are several different investment options available. Employees decide how much to invest and where they want it invested. After one-year of service, eligible full and part time employees receive an automatic contribution by Foundation 2 that is in addition to their salary. It is not a match. No other contributions are necessary to receive this contribution.
