Full Time Child Welfare Emergency Services Case Manager

Description
Employment opportunity available at Foundation 2 providing emergency services and crisis intervention/assessment/family counseling services. Provide direct service for emergency and family counseling services including in-client, out-client, and in home case management. Hours must be flexible as services are 7 days a week and must meet family availability and needs.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements include BA/BS degree in a human service field plus 2 years experience working with youth and families in at-risk situations. Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and be 21 years of age to be insurable by agency insurance. Computer experience required and have competent writing skills.

Full Time Program Coordinator- Youth and Family Services

Description
Employment opportunity available at Foundation 2 providing leadership and supervision to Foundation 2’s Youth Shelter, Counseling, and Child Welfare Emergency Services Programs. Provide leadership to counseling, in-home services and shelter programs, offering counseling, safety, and support to youth and families. Assure the delivery of services is in compliance with program policies, reporting requirements, and goals. Monitor program revenues and expenditures. Assist with grant applications and reports. Provide on call and back-up coverage. Educate the community through speaking engagements as needed.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: BA/BS degree in human service field from an accredited college, BSW preferred, and minimum 2 years full time experience working in social work or delivery of human services. Two years supervisory experience preferred. Possess a valid Iowa Driver’s License and be insurable by Foundation 2’s auto insurance.

Part Time Outreach Worker for Street Outreach Services

10-12 hours/week - Primarily Tuesday evening and weekend hours. Regularly visit places street, homeless and at-risk youth hang out and provide them with information regarding resources available to them.
Qualifications:

Mobile Crisis Outreach is a Foundation 2 Program funded through Linn County, providing 24 hour a day, 7 day a week on site crisis counseling for residents of Linn County, Iowa. We are currently hiring staff for day, evening and weekend shifts. Compensation is provided for being on call and for direct service. For more information about the program

Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of a BA in a human service related field. Experience counseling with adults and families is preferred. Must be able to respond to any location in Linn County within one hour. Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by Foundation 2's insurance company, and pass criminal records check and child abuse registry check.
