Part-Time Back Up Case Aid for Skill Building Program

Description: Case Aide to work with male and female youth, ages 11-17, referred by LPHA for services in After-School Skill Group Programs, Monday through Friday.
Duties Include: Transporting youth from school to program, supervising youth during program and transporting home after program; 2:30 to 6:30 as needed, M-F.
Qualifications: Requires two years of college course work toward a human services related degree and 150 hours of experience working with youth in at-risk situations. Must possess a valid Iowa Drivers license, be insurable by agency insurance carrier in order to drive the agency vehicles, and have a good driving record. Must pass criminal history and background checks.

Provide staff supervision and direction as well as direct care services to youth according to program policies. Perform required paperwork tasks and maintain assigned client files according to program policies. Provide community education and speaking engagements as needed. This position will require some evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in human services field and four years experience working with individuals and/or groups in at-risk situations. Two years of supervisory experience required. Some computer skills required. Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and be insurable by Foundation 2's insurance company.
