Flexible Benefit Plan

Foundation 2 provides each employee with a set amount of benefit dollars each month. Employees may choose how to distribute these dollars among the following options:

  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Reimbursement Accounts for Health Care and/or Dependent Care Expenses
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Cash (amount becomes taxable income)
  • Life Insurance Plan

401(k) Retirement Plan

There are several different investment options available. Employees decide how much to invest and where they want it invested. After one-year of service, eligible full and part time employees receive an automatic contribution by Foundation 2 that is in addition to their salary. It is not a match. No other contributions are necessary to receive this contribution.
